The Encinitas Union School District (EUSD) seeks two (2) dynamic and accomplished school leaders to join the administrative team for the 2024-2025 School Year. EUSD is located in the North San Diego County along the coast.

  The interview process consists of a panel interview, a written task and a performance task. PLEASE NOTE: Selected applicants will be interviewed for both principal openings.
  
  NOTE: This posting may be closed before April 8, 2024 based on applicant pool/district needs. Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience as a K-6 teacher with administration and educational leadership experience. Salary placement dependent upon experience. $2,000 Cafeteria Stipend $2,000 Doctoral Stipend $1,980 Auto Allowance $720 Phone Stipend LONGEVITY:
  
  Additional $2,000 added to annual range/ step at the end of 8th year of service and every 5 years up to 25 years of service. Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STRS Retirement Successful candidates will be required to pass fingerprint background check, physical and drug screen and provide Tuberculin Skin Test (TB) result prior to working in Encinitas Union School District.
  
  Fingerprinting and TB test at applicant's expense. Physical/drug screen paid by EUSD. An original Social Security Card and valid California Drivers License are required at the time of hire.
