SEEKING INNOVATIVE, FORWARD-THINKING LEADERS Basic Functions: Under the general direction of the Superintendent or designee, the Principal is responsible for both the educational leadership affecting quality instruction and the administration of the school site and general control and supervision of all certificated and classified employees assigned to serve in the school.
