A valid CA Education Specialist Credential (MMSN), OR a Resource Specialist Authorization is required. If you are in the process of completing your credential, please provide a letter from your university detailing your current status and expected conferral date. If you are from out of state, please attach a copy of your out-of-state credential. An English Learner authorization is required. Candidates without the English Learner authorization will be required to complete an application for an emergency CLAD certificate upon hire and fulfill the CLAD requirements within one year. The $5000 signing bonus will be paid out in the following installments: $1250 with first pay warrant of the 24-25 school year, $1250 with the first pay warrant of the 25-26 school year, and $2500 with the first pay warrant of the 26-27 school year.
