Elementary Principal

Duties

South Beloit School District is looking for a Principal to administer the educational program at the Blackhawk Elementary building. Blackhawk Elementary is a 5th-6th grade building.

Directs and coordinates educational and administrative activities of the school. Supervises and evaluates the instructional and support staff in the development, implementation, and improvement of instruction, teaching, learning, and student activities; and student disciplinary issues.

The primary role will be the continuous improvement of instruction. The principal will perform such other duties that may be assigned by the Superintendent and/or the Board.

Qualifications

Illinois Professional Educator License with General Administrative or Principal endorsement; Master's degree in Educational Leadership.
