Elementary Pastor

As an Elementary Pastor at Bethel Church of Redding, you will have the opportunity to lead and create impactful experiences for children. You will be responsible for creating a safe and enjoyable environment that is age-appropriate and accessible to kids of all ages. Leading a team of volunteers, you will guide them in effectively relating to children and ensuring that they learn and speak biblical truths. Additionally, you will play a vital role in pastoral care, providing support and guidance to children as they navigate their faith journey.

Salary Range : $12,480- $14,976/year

Hours/week : 15-18 hours/week

Requirements

• To be successful in this role, you should believe in and adhere to the beliefs and values of Bethel Church.
• You must be able to pass background checks to ensure the safety of the children.
• A passion for training and equipping children as revivalists is essential, along with prior experience working with children.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are important, as well as a blend of administrative and pastoral abilities.
