Role Description: To use designated curriculum to deliver content to students • To monitor and support the overall progress of the spiritual and academic development of students as a Teacher/Support Educator. • To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve individual potential in academics and strengthen Christian fundamental beliefs. • To teach using a Socratic-seminar style where applicable. • To share and support the academy's responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal, academic and spiritual growth. • To prayerfully help students learn skills and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible young Christian leaders.
