Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of all parts repaired and what the fault and resolution for the repair of the material.

  • Assist personnel in supplying repaired material for manufacturing and/or service needs.

  • Assist department personnel in accomplishing team goals and projects by performing assigned task.

  • Frequent internal communication within field service support and manufacturing.

  • Responsible for upholding the principles of confidentiality as they relate to this position.

  • Trouble shooting knowledge and experience.

  • Able to follow directions for disassembly and assembly of products.

  • Assist service with needs with returns.

  • Arrange material in racking for ease of identification and counting.

  • Assist in testing off the shelf material.

  • Help with physical inventory.

Qualifications

  • US citizenship.

  • High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience.

  • Able to follow build instructions.

  • Light duty assembly knowledge.

  • Office experience.

  • Understanding of inventory.
