Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assembly Technician. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a range of Electrical/Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Assembly concepts and procedures within an equipment manufacturing setting. The role involves a variety of hands-on tasks related to the assembly, integration, and testing of electronic circuit boards, systems, and associated cabling/harnessing.

• Crimping, Blueprints, Wiring diagrams, schematics, Assembly, Troubleshooting

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in SPRINGFIELD, Virginia.

Work Environment

Our work environment is 100% on-site, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Flexible hours can be offered if needed, but the candidate must be present during core hours. You'll be part of an 18-member team, interacting with 7-8 colleagues on a daily basis, with 11 total in operations. Duties also include adhering to manufacturing/production schedules and quality requirements, shipping, receiving, restocking, Kanban ordering, and general cleaning & maintenance of the production area.
