Harris Corporation is looking for a talented technician to join its team. The candidate will be responsible for debugging and troubleshooting electronic assemblies including RF assemblies. This work involves applying your electronic and RF knowledge to analyze issues, perform testing, resolve manufacturing issues and perform failure cause analysis of electronic assemblies. This work also includes kitting parts for prototype builds and coordinating with the manufacturer to resolve testing and manufacturing issues.
Work in an engineering lab to test circuit assemblies
Responsible for documenting component performance along with deviations
Ability to test prototype assemblies and assist with their assembly/disassembly.
Provide factory support for troubleshooting/resolving issues
Associates Degree of Two Year Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years experience as an electronic technician, testing RF communication circuits
At least 2 years using electronic test equipment (Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzer)
Thorough and detailed documentation of test results is required.
Knowledge of electrical engineering practices and principles.Lab experience to include soldering.
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Must be a US Citizen able to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Active Secret clearance preferred.
