We're looking for people who think big, act fearlessly, and create an inclusive environment that drives positive impact to join our team.</p><p>Job Responsibilities</p><p>Viasat is looking for a Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit Engineer to join our SiGe/CMOS RFIC Design Engineering team. As a Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit Engineer, you will be working on the design and development of Microwave/RF/Mixed-signal circuit blocks like LNA, PA, VGA, VCO, PLL, ADC &amp; DAC, Mixers etc. You will craft custom IC using SiGe (particularly 130nm &amp; 90nm) or CMOS/CMSO_SOI (particularly 65nm &amp; 45nm) processes.</p><p>This opportunity will utilize and expand your problem-solving skills learned in school by generating design IP utilized in sophisticated RFIC designs that push the current state of the art. You will have opportunity to solve unique problems at the device, circuit, and system design.
