Electronic Enrollment Specialist I:
Anthem is the largest Healthcare Insurance company in the country and growing. We are making major changes to our technology tools which our customers interact with day in and day out. We are looking for an associate with prior enrollment experience combined with web based and portal technology. This position will be managing the current online portal application along with planning and designing changes for the future.
Responsibilities will include, testing new enhancements, analyzing current trends in the market, building future prototypes and writing new requirements. An associate with the ability to understand the business and bridge the gap with technology would be a strong fit.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Generally responsible for maintaining electronic enrollment business.
Tests data and develops new prototypes of Anthems online presence.
Troubleshoots problem to determine best resolution.
Researches and resolves enrollment eligibility issues.
Tracks, analyzes and reports on errors generated through electronic enrollment.
Sets up new groups for accessing our online portal by mapping profiles and testing valid access.
Leads the process to identify and contact new groups for electronic enrollment.
Requires H.S diploma or GED;
3-5 years of related enrollment experience;
or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Prior knowledge of Anthem's WGS / ISG enrollment system preferred.
Experience with electronic files:834 files, 1000 bite, flat flies, and/or employer access portal preferred.
