Analog IC circuit design, simulation and verification
Design analog products and blocks such as high current or high capacitive load output drivers, operational amplifier, comparator, voltage reference, oscillator, error amplifier, voltage regulator etc.
Evaluation, simulation and analysis of analog IC architectures and circuit topologies
Layout floor planning, matching and parasitic consideration/checking
Work with application and testing engineers to define optimal characterization and testing solution
Work with product definers and product engineers in full product development flow
The Must Haves:
Bacheor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 3 years' related experience OR Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 1 years' experience
Strong knowledge in analog, CMOS and Bipolar mixed signal IC design
Proficiency in Cadence
Knowledge in analog IC layout
Prior experience with power electronics, charge pumps, inductive drivers and high voltage design.
Prior experience in analog design of op amps, comparators, current sources, bandgaps, regulators.
Understanding of capacitive and inductive principles.
Proficiency with lab equipment (scopes, meters, generators, etc)
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
What Will Put You Ahead:
Prior experience in automotive design
Matlab/VerilogA/System Verilog/VHDL or other behavioral simulations expertise a plus
Area estimation for new product cost analysis
Montecarlo simulation experience
