OVERVIEW
This position requires a deadline-driven professional with strong communication skills, computer savvy, and experience in HRIS technology, such as Employee Navigator and Ease. Benefits administration and/or experience with a benefits brokerage firm preferred. This position must be self-disciplined enough to work without direct supervision, detail-oriented, great with time management, able to handle a fast-paced work environment, and enjoy working as a member of a team. Comfortable with face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demos to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
Project management of all new benefit platform implementations & renewals.
Promote good Client/Broker Relationship throughout implementations by setting clear expectations, communicating regularly, etc.
Manage all implementation documents including timeline.
Ensure all plans are built correctly, including executing testing and quality control procedures.
Demonstrate system/platform for prospects and clients.
Collect all necessary new implementation documentation and file documentation.
Attend and facilitate all implementation and/or renewal calls.
Contribute to strategic processes and procedures of the team.
Manage all issues quickly and professionally.
Accountable for successful implementations & renewals.
Complete job-related training courses/seminars as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
