This position will be a Hybrid in office/remote schedule once fully trained.
RESPONSIBILITIES
We're seeking a deadline-driven professional with strong communication skills and HRIS technology experience, specifically with platforms like Employee Navigator and Ease. A background in benefits administration or with a brokerage firm is preferred.
In this role, you will:
Lead project management for new benefit platform implementations and renewals
Foster positive Client/Broker relationships through clear expectations and regular communication
Manage all implementation documents and timelines, ensuring plans are accurately built with thorough testing and quality control
Conduct demos and presentations for clients and prospects
Collect and organize necessary documentation for implementations
Facilitate implementation and renewal calls
Contribute to strategic team processes and manage issues promptly and professionally
Complete job-related training as needed and take on additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in accurate data management.
Experience in managing employee benefits or client relations.
Ability to effectively liaise with Account Managers, Carriers, and Third-Party Administrators.
Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Excellent oral and written abilities for effective interactions with co-workers, clients, and vendors.
Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
Strong time management and organizational capabilities.
Fast-paced professional office environment.

Hourly range is $21.63 to $33.65 per hour, based on experience.
