Electronic Banking Cash Management Specialist

Essential Functions

  • Act as Weiland Account Analysis Coordinator, Maintaining Account Profiles and Weiland Processes
  • Act as primary contact for Crypto and Prepaid online clients. Supporting SFTP on-boarding, training and testing.
  • Review, Update and complete procedure manuals for the above.
  • Works closely with Compliance, Audit and Risk Management departments to ensure operational standards are consistent with the most current regulatory guidelines.

Secondary Functions

  • Act as contact for Business Cash Management/Online banking as well as the Retail Online Banking clients
  • Onboard new clients and perform maintenance to support Business and Retail Online Banking systems.
  • Support RDC, Branch Capture and outgoing Cash letter.
  • Interface with core vendor for system enhancements, updates, and parameter changes.
  • Provide Remote Deposit Capture installation and ongoing support to clients, and provide reporting and monitoring of accounts using Remote Deposit Capture.


  • The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials:
  • At least 3-5 years of banking experience, particularly in direct-contact customer services, electronic banking cash management (ACH, wires, CAA, Positive Pay, etc.) and related products/procedures experience and knowledge.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Fiserv core processor (Clear Touch processor experience preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience with Fiserv's IBM Cognos Business Analytics, Fiserv's Business Online Banking, Retail Online Banking and Mobility platforms
  • Advance knowledge of Fiserv's SCO Remote Deposit system, installation and browser knowledge across various platforms. (IOS and PC)
  • Knowledge of data extraction from raw data provided by the Bank's reporting system and converting to a readable format.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and formulas
  • Working knowledge and understanding of federal/state laws regarding bank operations including NACHA and the FFIEC Guidance as it pertains to electronic banking.
  • Able to work with minimal direction, demonstrate proactive problem-solving ability, deal with time pressures and changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

There's room to grow in all of it Job Description The Treasury Analytics Group (TAG) is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the Cash Management Technology team who over the next 2-3 years will be building the strategic bank wide intraday liquidity platform that will be leveraged by both funding operations and treasury department. The application will provide the capacity to measure expected daily gross liquidity inflows and outflows, anticipate the intraday timing of these flows, forecast the range of potential net funding shortfalls that might arise at different points during the day and have the capacity to monitor intraday liquidity positions against expected activities and available resources (balances, remaining intraday credit capacity, available collateral). The ideal candidate would have strong functional experience in Liquidity, Cash Management and Payment processing and be qualified to be able to drive direction, plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and functional specifications. They will work in close partnership with ambitious business and technology partners, project teams and stakeholders to help plan, analyze, document, communicate and manage detailed functional specifications. Sitting in this position will help expand your knowledge, strengthen your expertise and introduce you to the inner workings of Cash Management alongside a team of seasoned, diversely-skilled technology and finance professionals. Our team is made up of dynamic and strong technical leads, developers, QA's, and BSA's who build and maintain critical technology platforms in an Agile/Waterfall environment. You'll be exposed to stretch assignments as you take on large-scale, complex and/or enterprise-wide projects. Here's some of what you may be asked to perform: * Assist in defining the Target Operating Model for Intraday Cash Management and building out the banks Intraday Cash Management platform to be leveraged by Treasury and Operations * Work with senior business leads in analyzing business opportunities including requirements, elicitation and prioritization * Transform business requirements and research into winning delivery solutions, translating business needs into effective and efficient technical solutions and capitalizing on the benefits of new technologies * Deliver upon the integrated business and technology strategy while enabling the Agile tenants, removing impediments, and promoting empowerment. * Define, document and translate high level business requirements into detailed function specifications as outlined by managers and/or stakeholders * Develop and maintain documentation such as system designs and process flow diagrams * Contribute to project management activities such as: scoping and estimating project efforts, identifying risks and recommending mitigation measures. * Participate in project testing across numerous environments on various technology platforms. * Respect TD's technology delivery practices and standards, project management disciplines, business technology architecture, and risk and production capacity – this includes thorough project requirements, documentation, scope estimates and costs Review technical deliverables for quality throughout detailed design and development phase, identify gaps or redesign as needed. * Identify ways to minimize cost, play a role in introducing strategic solutions to support cost effectiveness and enhance stakeholder experience. * Identify and address any issue that affects the integrity of the application (e.g. cross-capability/release issues). Requirements * 10 or more years more years of BSA experience in intraday liquidity and payments processing with a solid understanding with large-value payments systems and payments market infrastructure including Fedwire Funds, CHIPS and SWIFT. * Ability to document business requirements to ensure applicability to business areas , ensuring that requirements/user stories are in a consumable state * Experience with leading Agile development projects, with experience being active participant through all phases in an Agile development environment * Formulate, define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business, systems and industry requirements. * Support the team during sprinting and estimation, running down any questions that are uncovered. * Consider the business implications of the application to the current and future business environment. * Accountable for the effectiveness, quality and timeliness of project design decisions and how easily these designs can be implemented. * Partner with product owners and development teams to understand solution design, related deliverables and definition of "done". * Provide linkage and continuity to business units, development, operations and technical support groups in the testing and implementation of recommendations.
