Electronic Assembler

Pay: $18.50-$20 per hour

Hours: 7 AM-3:30 PM or 8 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Read shop travelers, follow production drawings, and verbal instructions

• Use common hand tools, solder, hand solder surface mount, and thru-hole components

• Connect jumper wires to printed circuits, repair surface mount, replace defective components and wiring

• Perform assembly operations and maintain a clean and orderly work area

• Follow all directives, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

• Effective verbal, written, and mathematical skills

• Knowledge of the PCBA process and ability to read and interpret job travelers

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum 1 year of PCBA experience within the last 3 years

• IPC and J-STD certifications are strongly preferred

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 preferred

• Technical education courses or certificate preferred

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
