Rosemount Specialty Products LLC, An Industry Leader in Pressure and Temperature Measurement would like to find a capable individual to join our production team. RSP manufactures highly accurate, state-of-the-art pressure instrumentation, pressure transmitters, temperature probes and sensors for some of the world's most vital and technologically-advanced industries.

Description

To gain proficiency as an Electronic Assembler with the ability to rotate between multiple production tasks. Route, wire, assemble and install electrical and electronic components according to specifications, using hand tools and equipment.

Preferred Experience or Knowledge

  • Previous experience preferred but not required.

  • Soldering experience preferred but not required.

  • Electronic Assembly/Component work a plus.

  • Welding a plus.

  • Fine motor skill coordination/dexterity helpful.

Major Duties/Functions

  • Perform routine, documented tasks at work stations such as: hand soldering, brazing, standard assembly operations operate equipment, make repairs on standard assemblies, apply coatings, solvents and potting compounds and perform routine documented testing and packaging of finished product.

  • Perform routine documented setup of equipment at the workstation.

  • Perform routine documented preventive maintenance.

  • Verify part quality. Employ SPC techniques and take appropriate action. Participate in continuous process improvement.

  • Recommend changes to and participate in the review of manufacturing procedures.

  • May work in a clean room environment.

  • Perform daily organization and cleanup of work area.

  • May train other Electronic Assemblers.

  • Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision.

  • Performs multiple production tasks to allow for effective job rotation.

  • Perform work of a miscellaneous nature.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED).

Experience

Zero (0) years experience but relevant manufacturing experience is preferred. (Assembler I May hold 1-2 internal certificates while Assembler II may hold 3-5 internal certificates).

Additional Information

In order to advance, must be willing to learn other areas of operation and improve skill level(s) through additional certification and training.

J-Standard Soldering experience a plus.

VIEW JOBS 12/6/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-06T00:00 Detailers are part-time Retail Merchandisers who are responsible for merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of quality products in local stores. As a Detailer, you will drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations, retrieving Frito-Lay products from the backs of stores, and ensuring that our products are both fresh and attractive to our customers. This is an ideal role for an individual who may want a supplemental income or simply enjoys the flexibility of a part-time job that offers great wages! It's no secret that many Frito-Lay Detailers fall in love with the work and become full-time team members. Detailer hours vary based upon assigned route and average less than 20 hours per week. This includes weekend and holiday work in all weather conditions. Additional hours may be available during peak times (e.g. NYE, Super Bowl, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, etc.). Some of the more frequent tasks you will perform include: * Driving to assigned locations in your personal vehicle (we'll provide mileage reimbursement while you're on the clock) * Check-in and out with manager on duty * Merchandising cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products such as Doritos, Classic Lays, Tostitos, Smartfood Popcorn, etc. * Rotating products and removing defective and out-of-date products * Tidying up shelves and displays, knocking down boxes and disposing of any waste * Assist in the assembling and disassembling of temporary mobile displays It's a physical job. We transform store aisles, end caps, and displays into works of art, from the lowest shelf to the highest shelf. This position requires that you be able to lift 15 to 40 pounds, climb, push, pull, bend, stand, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with, or without, a reasonable accommodation. Some Detailers who come to work with us have a wide variety of experience, but for others it may be their first job.
