Electro Polish Operator-588H

ELECTRO POLISH (EP) OPERATOR: - Runs Electro Polish process around chemical tanks.

1st Shift- 06:30am- 3:00pm

2nd Shift- 03:00pm- 11:30pm

• Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
• Must be able to follow detailed work instructions, as trained.
• Microscope experience is preferred but not required.
• Prior manufacturing experience or manufacturing onboarding preferred.

Expectations for Temps:

• Outstanding attendance-absence sentence impacts production
• Must be 18+
• Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination - very small parts
• Ability to follow very specific work instructions.
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately.
• Shift stays the same, no movement. (If placed on 2nd shift they stay on 2nd shift)
• Career driven - we want someone who sees a career here not a temporary job
• Must have transportation.
• Overtime available can include weekends.
• No food on the production floor at any time. Beverages are OK in approved containers.
• No photos taken on the production floor.
• No phones out during work time.
