Electro-Mechanical Technician (Legacy)

Eaton's IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Electro-Mechanical Technician (Legacy).

The hours for this role are 7:00AM-3:30 PM

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00-$30.00 per hour.

What you'll do:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Technician for the pressure sensor-transducer product line at Eaton Aerospace-Bethel

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assemble, setup and maintain tooling

• Assemble, test, calibrate and thermally compensate an electro/mechanical device

• Maintain quality records

• Interface and/or interpret internal customer and supplier requirements

• Perform final acceptance testing on electro/mechanical pressure sensor (ATP)

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Trafficin Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR definesa U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, orRefugee.

Skills:

Position Criteria:

• Ability to work using a microscope

• Basic knowledge of written instructions, visual aids, sketches and blueprints

• Basic soldering ability

• Ability to perform intermediate ATP (electro/mechanical)

• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Intermediate mechanical aptitude

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
