Wilmer Texas 75172 As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will: Master the structure and working principle of factory production equipment and facilities and learn and improve their own equipment maintenance skills and level. Conduct regular and scheduled inspection of the production equipment in the factory to ensure that the equipment is in good condition and eliminate potential equipment failures.

Make daily operation records and maintenance records of the equipment system in a timely manner. Follow work arrangement, timely repair the faulty equipment reported for repair, and ensure the maintenance quality. Maintain the equipment to prolong the longevity of service life and improve its utilization rate.

Strictly abide by the safety operation rules, maintenance rules, and installation standards and specifications of the equipment. Perform other duties and special project, as assigned by management. The ideal candidate will have:

Ability to detect, isolate, and identify irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment. Assist with aligning machines and equipment during installation, using hoists, jacks, squares, ruler, micrometres, and plumb bobs. Support in repairing any problems associated with new equipment.
