Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical malfunctions on production equipment.

• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks according to schedules to maintain equipment reliability and extend operational lifespan.

• Prepare appropriate material requisitions for assigned projects and general repairs.

• Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to identify opportunities for equipment optimization and process improvements.

• Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to analyze and resolve equipment malfunctions.

• Document maintenance activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and any follow-up action required for accurate record-keeping and future reference.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Minimum of an Associate degree or technical certification in Electro- Mechanical Engineering Technology with 0 - 2 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Proven experience as an electro-mechanical technician or similar role within a manufacturing or automated production environment.

• Must possess proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams for troubleshooting and maintenance purposes. Prefer experience with specific automation technologies such as PLC/HMI, drives, robots, inspection systems, instrumentation and process control.
