Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Volt is immediately hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers in Lake Forest, CA.

As an Electro-Mechanical Assemblers you will:

• Completing tasks to build from component parts the electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies

• Adhering to all company operating procedures and quality requirements

• Performing surface-mount and through hold soldering on printed circuit boards

• Trimming, clipping, crimping and tinning of wires and leads

• Fabricate, test and troubleshoot electrical cables, harnessed and electronic components and assemblies for high reliability integration

• Assemble fabrication and inspect complex box builds

• Install, mount, fasten, align and adjust parts, components, wiring and harnesses to sub assemblies and assemblies using hand and small power tools

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• IPC-A-610 and JSTD-00 1 preferred

• Degree from an accredited High School

• Experience with soldering irons, hot air equipment, microscopes, electronic multi-meter, screw gun and standard assembly tools

• Able to pass a skills test

Schedule: 1st Shift 7AM to 3:30PM

Pay Rate: $19 to $24 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
