JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for insuring the integrity and safe working condition of all shop and billboard mounted electrical components/systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Installation and repair of wiring and conduit within the scope of the NEC (National Electrical Code) Repair and maintenance of electrical fixtures and control equipment. (Time Clock) Able to set and program time clocks. Planning for new or modified installations to minimize waste of material, provide access for future maintenance, lock all disconnects when leaving sign.

Install equipment such as lighting fixtures, relays, ballast, breakers disconnects circuit breakers and fuses. Fasten in place with screws or bolts. Use the lock out tag out method.

Identify and promptly report any unsafe conditions observed. PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS, ENVIRONMENT: Climbing and working at elevated heights in different weather and heat conditions sitting, walking, standing, speaking, hearing, reading, kneeling, lifting, carrying a minimum of 50 lbs., multiple concurrent tasks, frequent interruptions, verbal and written communication, detailed work and confidentiality.

EQUIPMENT USED: Safety harness with lanyard and other personal protective equipment, various ladders, a multi-meter to determine voltage, power tools and hand tools. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to climb and work safely at elevated heights. A valid drivers license. Read blueprints and schematic.

Ability to troubleshoot and fix electrical problems. Electrical candidate should be a licensed electrician or be able to demonstrate sufficient knowledge and experience to meet the definition of a qualified person in a sign/billboard work environment. To all Recruitment Agencies:

This is the highest level Project Manager position and is responsible for managing other Project Managers and Administrative Staff. This position is typically assigned difficult, large, and complex projects and performs a variety of O&M Project Management functions on activities associated with O&M assignments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Management of Operations and Maintenance contract to maintain and operate facilities and utility systems * Perform operations and maintenance functions including planning, directing and budgeting for assigned contracts * Perform O&M Management administration functions, handling a variety of actions and problems relating to assigned contracts. May prepare and analyze project fund status reports, review billing procedures and contractual requirement submittals. * Monitor management plans designed to accomplish contractual objectives and provide direction and support to subcontractors, support staff, trades and crafts * Responsible for monitoring budgets on assigned contracts * Reconcile inconsistencies between proposals and new projects and analyze the effects of proposed contract changes. May provide management assistance with the coordination and negotiation of contract changes. * May prepare customer correspondence concerning contract commitments, and modifications * Responsible for keeping current on government regulations and commercial trends. * Monitor contract compliance requirements to ensure compliance with Service Contract Act, Davis Bacon Act and other Federal regulations as required. * Responsible for safety of all personnel on job, including sub-personnel, compliance with environment standards and quality of work performed * Maintain relationship with labor union contacts and determine how to handle grievances * Research and address customer and employee complaints * Participate in long range planning of facility maintenance activities * Responsible for scheduling of work to be performed * Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field and ten years of experience (Master's degree with eight years of experience preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job * Eight years supervisory experience preferred * Experience in government contracting and financial administration * Knowledge of U.S. government procurement regulations and labor law * Excellent management and employee relations skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters * Ability to work independently and recommend solutions to problems * Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint * Superior attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while attending to multiple tasks and demands * Ability to travel 10-20% of the time Work Environment Licenses and Certification: Required: * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field * Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) Certification * OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Safety Course * Valid Driver's License Work Environment: Employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and communicate effectively.
