Electrician II - Parks & Recreation

$23.18 to $25.50 hourly. Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Central Area. Work schedule is variable and includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Performs skilled crafts and trades work in the installation, alteration, maintenance, and repair of industrial or commercial electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.

REQUIREMENTS: Five (5) years of journeyman level experience in commercial electrical systems including two (2) years in a supervisory or lead worker capacity. Additional qualifying education and/or experience may be substituted on a year for year basis. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess, or obtain prior to employment a valid Florida Driver's license and maintain said license during the term employment. In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.
