Coordinates all electrical installations and change orders, participating in this work as necessary, but primarily through the use of St. Mark's staff and/or contract services Electricians.
Assures that all circuits are in conformance with standard national electric code. Ensures preventive maintenance is performed on all electric circuits and control panels. Purchase sufficient material to ensure all systems are maintained in good working order and new work is performed according to "codes".
Sign-on Bonus up to 5K for candidates with experience.
A. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current State of Utah Master Electrician's license.
B. Education: High School Graduate or GED
C. 4 years of experience in commercial building maintenance/construction as journeyman electrician.
D. Special Qualifications:
Must be able to calculate length and shape of conduit systems, assemble such systems with minimal waste; calculate circuit loads, size of protection devices and voltage drops in feeders and branch circuits using standard formulas. Able to perform all work at Master Electrician skill level. Thorough knowledge of applicable codes. Must be familiar with computer network and digital controls cabling requirements and program operating criteria.
