Job Description Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, from planning to completion. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor project progress, including scheduling, inspections, and quality control.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors and team members to review progress, address issues, and update project timelines. Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, logs, and records. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development. Travel regularly to project sites throughout the Southeast.

Strong knowledge of electrical construction processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
