AriensCo is seeking a motivated Electrical Test Technician to complete testing of components, systems, and full product assemblies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Testing & Analyzing

Passing on Knowledge
Manages on the ground safety during the design and execution of tests
Documents test procedures
Develops and supplies technical information to other groups and departments as required. These groups would include Design, Tooling, Sourcing, Testing, Analysis, Manufacturing Engineering, Tech Pubs, Industrial Design, Quality, Service and Marketing
Documents and presents technical information
Executes data collection plans during testing
Sets up testing. Performs noncomplex calculations
Records test incident reports
Collaborates with more experienced engineers to provide follow-up and engineering assistance on assigned projects
Supports multiple projects concurrently
Other duties as assigned
Maintains a safe work environment
Demonstrated ability to complete small to moderately complex engineering assignments with the mentorship of COE engineers
Ability to use data acquisition systems using SCATAS or similar data acquisition hardware
Understanding of calibration methods and procedures
Self-starter who is tenacious problem solver and detail oriented professional
Proficient in the documentation of test methods and data collection methods
Capable in programing PLC's, data collection methods using SCATAS or similar data acquisition systems
Strong communication skills and collaborative team skills
Understands the use of statistical tools and the application to measurements
