Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to fulfill the Technology, Quality, and Reliability Expert (TQRE) position in our team. As a TQRE, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our electrical systems at the site. Your responsibilities will include technical oversight, mentoring craftsmen, quality assurance, process improvement, and collaboration with various teams. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical oversight, guidance, and development for electrical craft support at the site.

• Mentor craftsmen, assisting them in their technical progression and skill development.

• Ensure quality assurance and quality control for work execution, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

• Identify and remove roadblocks to optimize job performance and efficiency.

• Collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance services, and other crafts to achieve seamless integration and alignment.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues, participate in failure investigations, and address safety concerns promptly.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to work processes and technology.

• Support energy isolation plans and safe work execution.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 7+ years of electrical experience in a manufacturing environment, with senior technician experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.

• Proven ability to oversee the execution of preventative and predictive maintenance tasks.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to safety.
