Electrical Project Manager (Pe)

We are open to engineers/PM's with the following background (electrical, I&C, or civil/structural ) This person MUST have a PE from California

Seeking an experienced Project manager to support the exciting developing world of green hydrogen.

Our client designs and fabricates containerized hydrogen systems which includes hydrogen systems, structural supports, skids and PLC controls.

Projects are typically less than $2M and this Project Manager will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Will be responsible for:

• Provide project development, engineering, project management, and construction management services around hydrogen infrastructure: hydrogen generation, handling, storage, vehicle fueling, and fuel cell power generation.

• Prepare Feasibility and FEED studies and use case analyses for wind farm and solar hydrogen energy storage facilities

• Size and select hydrogen equipment (electrolyzer, compressors, storage tanks, fuel cell, chiller)

• Write equipment specifications

• performing calculations

• Equipment sizing

• bidding and procuring commercially available components and integrating them into fully functional systems to be fabricated in our shop or permitted for construction by others

• Design and fabricate the containers or use existing skids/containers

• Fabricate and install the piping and tubing systems

• Must be familiar with and comfortable with Continuous Quality Improvement and KPIs

Must have the following relevant experience:

• Must have a BS or MS in Electrical/Controls Engineering from accredited university

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in power or petrochemical industries

• Must be a registered Professional Engineer -- from the state of California

• Must have demonstrated skills as a Project Manager

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills .

• Have a strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD products

• Candidate must be highly motivated, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and excel in a multidiscipline project team environment.

• Candidate must be able to respond effectively to inquiries from clients and regulatory agencies

Further Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in electrical, I&C, or civil/structural

• We ARE open to entry level candidates with experience in hydrogen (and management experience), but they must have an engineering degree

Work Environment:

• Hybrid schedule (must be in Cheyanne more than once a week)

• Friday 7:15am-12pm

• Candidate must be willing to commute to Cheyanne a couple times a week
