In this Project Manager role, you’ll excel at managing project details, interpreting financials, maintaining schedules, and providing unwavering support to field teams.

With an entrepreneurial mindset, you’ll bring creative problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and help drive business success. This role is based in the Mountain West region, with occasional remote work opportunities once fully trained. Travel to job sites will be required (local travel by vehicle). Key Responsibilities:

Champion company core values and support business growth with a “field-first” mindset. Build and maintain strong, profitable customer relationships through consistent communication and alignment on project goals. Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver results while ensuring compliance with codes, safety regulations, and internal standards.

Manage project finances, including accurate cost estimates, budget tracking, and monthly reviews with leadership. Execute project plans to meet profitability targets, schedules, and client satisfaction metrics. Oversee and document change orders with proper approvals and scope management.

Collaborate with construction operations, purchasing, and project coordination teams to ensure seamless execution. Oversee projects valued between $2M-$5M with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.

Review client contracts and ensure a thorough understanding of scope and responsibilities. Qualifications: Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. 5 years of project management experience with electrical, mechanical, or construction contractors. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word, along with project management software such as Viewpoint/Spectrum, Bluebeam, or Procore. Familiarity with labor productivity tracking, cost-to-complete metrics, and WIP (Work in Progress) schedules. Customer service skills with a focus on business communication.

Experience with scheduling software (P6 or MS Project) preferred.

PMP certification and relevant field experience (electrical/mechanical) are a plus. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
