Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plan, organize and direct procurement of materials needed for project constructions.
Review and process contracts for construction with General Contractor
Organize, supervise and direct electrical work of the assigned job crew.
Perform supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures and applicable laws.
Monitor and document process of the project through schedules.
Conduct review of initial job estimate and aid in establishing construction estimate for budgeted projections.
Report project cost using quantitative reporting, project surveying and job cost month end processing.
Prepare and provide monthly project billings, manpower requirements and job cost analysis.
Responsible for project close-out/turnover with GC.
Stay up to date of current trends and developments in the field by any means necessary.
Must have strong electrical Project Management experience within the Healthcare industry.
High School Diploma or GED
Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite
3-5 years supervisory experience in Electrical construction with a Healthcare focus
Working knowledge of Local and National Electrical Code requirements
