We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Electrical Project Engineer (PE) to join our team. This role will be responsible for engineering solutions and providing support for field installation crews working on utility grade solar projects , ensuring adherence to National Electrical Code (NEC), while assisting the Project Superintendent and Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the energy sector, particularly in solar, PV, BESS, and switchgear.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related field). 4-7 years of project engineering experience, particularly with solar PV, BESS, and switchgear field operations. Project Engineering License preferred, Not Required (we will sponsor a PE license for those who need it). Expertise or at least some project experience with Utility scale renewable energy projects. Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Strong understanding of the field operations, labor requirements, installation processes, technical support, and commissioning aspects of Solar Projects.
