Electrical Power Engineer

Honeywell Intelligrated has a new opportunity for an Electrical Power Engineer. In this position you will be responsible for designing electrical power distribution systems that supply industrial control systems. As well as:
Be Responsible for the engineering of electrical power distribution and electrical component sizing.
Providing engineering technical support for electrical systems including transformers, switchgear, substations, circuit breakers, motor starters, protective relays, SCADA, generators.
Identifing and implements continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Developing schedules for new electrical installations and infrastructure improvement projects.
Coordinating work with outside engineering firms, electric utility and electrical installation.
Having an understanding of medium voltage, high voltage, motors, drives, schematics, and associated circuitry.
This individual will work in a team-oriented, fast paced environment under conditions associated with critical project deadlines and heavy workloads.
Some travel required (10-15%)

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
PE License (or EIT within 1 year of obtaining a PE License)
A minimum of 5 years of Medium or High Voltage Electrical Power Distribution experience
ArcFlash knowledge and testing experience
Ability and willingness to travel 10%-15%

Continuous Improvement & Cost Reduction
Understanding of voltage and circuitry (medium and high)
