Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 for new hires Pay: Based on experience, Range of $24-$33 an hour and paid weekly Schedule: Rotating shifts (5:00am-5:00pm or 5:00pm-5:00am), 3 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off, with some Sunday work required. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety. You will work in a fast-paced environment and perform preventative, emergency, and routine repairs to electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Key Responsibilities:
Provide maintenance support with minimal supervision
Perform routine preventative and emergency repairs
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
Minimize equipment downtime
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
Work with pumps, hydraulics, and welding
Apply basic electrical theory and system wiring Qualifications: - 1-year industrial maintenance experience or related education (industrial maintenance diploma or technical school) - Experience with hydraulics and compressed air systems
Basic computer skills for logging information and processing work orders
Strong communication and basic math skills
Must reside in the U.S.; no sponsorship available Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally and 20 lbs. frequently
Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and work in confined spaces
Ability to work in varying temperatures (-25°F to over 100°F) Special Skills:
