ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (AUTOMATION)
Responsible for providing electrical technical support to Maintenance, Engineering, Production and Information Technology Departments including design, modification, adaptation, installation, improvement, regulatory compliance, problem solving, team participation (safety, lean, etc.), troubleshooting, education, maintenance of various equipment throughout the facilities and work in conjunction with mechanical personnel.

Individual must be an electrical/electronic craftsperson to be considered. A minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical/electronic maintenance and troubleshooting experience is preferred.
Graduation from an accepted Technical Training Institution in an electrical / electronic program associates' degree is preferred.
Experience with PLC's, PC's, HMI's, AC and DC Adjustable Speed Drives, power distribution, hydraulic control systems and associated interface equipment including associated test equipment (i.e. chart recorders, data acquisition, oscilloscopes, etc.) is also required.
Applicant must be willing to upgrade their knowledge and skills as new technology and methods are introduced. This will involve attending training schools.
Individual must have demonstrated leadership qualities and effective interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, teaching skills, the ability to prepare reports and conduct presentations, along with a willingness and capability to assume a leadership position on assignments as required.
Valid driver's license is necessary.
