Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

• Plan and schedule projects

• Approve and submit time card reports for employees

• Estimate the time and materials needed to complete projects

• Maintain records and documentation relating to the ongoing completion of projects

• Supervise electricians and Electronic Technicians as they work, providing guidance and instruction as needed

• Update/maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures in our document retention system

• Ensure that work complies with all safety requirements

• Perform electrician or electronic technician tasks as needed.

• Manage Server Upgrades

• Manage key manufacturing metrics

• Manage PM's of imaging equipment

Qualifications

1.Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.

2.Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in an industrial electrical maintenance role.

3.Demonstrated ability to lead a technical team in a fast paced, 24-hour manufacturing environment.

4.Strong working knowledge of manufacturing-oriented equipment heavily focused on the

electrical / electronic aspect. Knowledge of printing presses and associated auxiliaries preferred.

5.Project management knowledge.

6.Demonstrated effective communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills including the ability to

collaborate across many levels of an organization and drives change when necessary.

7.Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships and teams.

8.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including ability to utilize computer systems to collect

and analyze data.

9.Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google platforms.

CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT

The national pay range for this role is $62,800-$111,400 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
