Use your knowledge of electrical and electronic skills to help Honeywell Advanced Materials delivery innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of the site's commitment to the organization and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide plant wide electrical coverage for troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment on fixed shift basis

  • Troubleshoot and repair power, motor control, machine controls and instrumentation including PLC's, controllers,

  • Standalone and networked process computers.

  • Replace failed electrical components when needed.

  • Perform prescribed preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.

  • Perform adjustment and optimization of electrical equipment and machine controls.

  • Assist in identifying, investigating and recommending solutions for repeat equipment failures.

  • Continue to improve technical skills through formal, informal and hands-on training.

  • Perform various mechanical repairs, typically assisting Maintenance Mechanic.

  • Demonstrated general understanding of industrial systems: machinery, motion control, temperature control, sensors.

  • Demonstrated commitment to work safely and to perform complete and safe repairs

  • Demonstrated ability using personal computers for spreadsheet and word processing applications

  • Ability to stand for up to 2 hours, walk mile, climb and descend mild grades, climb and descend stairs and ladders.

  • Will be able to squat for up to 5 minutes, kneel for up to 15 minutes, frequently lift and carry up to 8 pounds,

  • occasionally lift and carry up to 35 pounds

  • Work confidently from ladder or scissors lift

  • Ability to safety and productively work alone and employ sound troubleshooting techniques

  • Make sound decisions with little supervision, as well as working well in a team environment

  • Perform rotating weekend call-in coverage, work overtime and provide vacation coverage, as assigned

You Must Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of industrial electrical experience with low voltage control through 480Volt 3Phase Power.
  • 1 year of experience working with reading schematics and PLC logic, interfacing with control systems and correctly applying this information to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree or Certification in Electronics or related field

  • Experienced with Computer network and hardware

  • Experience with electrical safe work practices and NFPA 70E (National Fire Prevention Association, Safe Electrical Work Practice Standard)

Purpose of Your Job Position As a Consulate Health Care Medication Tech, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties providing personal care services, assistance support and supervision to residents and administer routine medications to residents in accordance with state regulations. The Medication Tech works under the direction of licensed personnel to provide quality resident care in accordance with applicable regulations. You are entrusted to provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results. Job Function * Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility. * Supervise residents with prescribed medication. * Supervise finger sticks for insulin testing; and insulin injections. Assist residents with oxygen, ostomies and other medical problems as outlined in the support plan. * Encourage and/or remind residents to participate in activities. Promote activities enthusiastically to pique residents' interest. * Monitor health, safety and well being of the residents. * Document information pertaining to changes in residents' functional status, personal needs, appointment, etc. * Assist in keeping the environment safe for residents. * Report concerns about residents to supervisor and co-workers. * Respond to resident emergencies; provide first-aid assistance and arrange for appropriate medical attention/follow-up. * May have to attend and successfully complete state required Medication Technician Training. * Practice safety in working around and with equipment, chemicals, tools and utensils. * Promote teamwork in providing services to residents.
