Electrical Inspector

The City of Warren is accepting applications for the position of Electrical Inspector. This position performs difficult and skilled inspection of electrical installation to assure compliance with the City's ordinances.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited high school or GED equivalent.

• Four years experience in the installation of electrical systems.

• Possession of an Electrical Master's license.

• Compliance with the State of Michigan Public Act 54, "Building Officials and Inspectors Registration Act."

• Possession of a valid license to operate a motor vehicle in the State of Michigan.

• Driving record must meet city's standards for insurability.

• PROOF OF DIPLOMA AND LICENSES REQUIRED WITH APPLICATION

Pay rate: $67,725/year - $77,519/year (after 5 years) *Does not include the contractual increase of 7/1/24
