What you'll do:

• Coordinate with all engineering disciplines, manufacturing, and quality assurance in a team environment with good understanding of cross functional design processes

• Analyze data and utilize standard problem-solving techniques to resolve issues in a structured methodology

• Ability to develop hardware design concepts and architectures for electronic systems

• Proficiency in engineering computer tools used for schematic capture (Altium Designer is a plus), ECAD design, simulation, and design analysis

• Support on-site certification and compliance for manufactured products

• Manage projects and maintain project schedules and timelines to reduce risk, and meet customer requirements, budget and defined timelines

• Apply cutting edge technology and build new features in products to solve customer needs, requests and deliver great solutions

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Background in a similar role, preferably in electronics or hardware design, 3+ years preferred

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively

• Knowledge of electronics modeling and design, manufacturing processes, including surface-mount technology (SMT), through-hole technology (THT), and printed circuit board (PCB) assembly

• Preferred experience designing analog and digital circuits

• Passion to be at the intersection of new electronic products and solid mechanical brand legacy
