Analyze project specifications and drawings in detail, identifying and submitting questions to project personnel as needed. Prepare and deliver accurate material and labor "take-off" information for review and approval. Evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals for completeness of scope Requirements: 5–9 years of experience with the ability to independently estimate projects from start to finish. Experience with PennBid or similar is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office M3
