FULLY REMOTE Electrical Estimator

Description:

5+ years cost management/estimating experience on medium to large-scale construction projects with specific reference to the electrical trade

• Bachelors or higher degree in a construction related discipline or equivalent field experience

• Communication and organization skills

• Ability to effectively plan, manage time and problem solve

• Capacity to work in a team setting with minimal supervision or direction

• Experience in writing business documents, such as reports, detailed letters and emails

• Attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

• Experience with estimating software is beneficial but training will be provided as necessary

Skills & Qualifications:

• Electrical estimating experience

• Needs to be someone who is cleared or can obtain a clearance after starting

• HUGE plus if they have consulting experience

• Communication and organization skills

• Ability to effectively plan, manage time and problem solve

• Capacity to work in a team setting with minimal supervision or direction

• Experience in writing business documents, such as reports, detailed letters, and emails

• Attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

• Experience with estimating software including but not limited to BlueBeam, OST, Second Generation MCASES (MII), PACES and CostWorks is beneficial, but training will be provided as necessary.
