Develop engineering design specifications and requirements for construction, renovation, demolition, or repair of facilities.
Evaluate an electrical project to determine energy efficiency and economic impact to the facility and its users.
Develop drawings and sketches for project implementation (e.g., facility layouts, facility equipment design, modification drawings, equipment design modification).
Develop plans and make written and oral presentations to various interested personnel on program status, technical problems, scheduling, and costs.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing electrical engineering services for the direction, control, and appraisal of the planning, design, development, construction, alteration, cost estimates and inspection of buildings, grounds, and facilities.
