Description:Assignments will permit the development of Digital design skills in conceptual layout, hardware design, firmware design, and hardware integration during the assembly and test stages. Skills in Mentor Graphics, or similar schematic capture or analysis tools is a plus.
Candidate will be part of a team assigned to a program or development activity. Technical mentoring will be provided to assist with development of design skills. The ability to obtain a secret clearance is required.
Requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering with a keen interest in weapon system development
Ability to obtain a security clearance
3.0 GPA or higher
Skills in schematic capture, layout and analysis tools a plus
Skills with Firmware design tools and languages (Verilog/System-Verilog) a plus
Skills with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools a plus
Good communication skills and the ability to effectively work in a team environment
Capable of solving complex problems and be able to focus on the complete product and the full life cycle of the product
Proven track record of leadership and propensity for volunteering
