If you’re passionate about making a difference in high-stakes environments, this opportunity is for you!Position Overview: As an Electrical Engineer, you will be vital in providing electrical engineering support for technical reviews and tracking authorized service interruptions (ASI). You'll coordinate projects and maintenance activities while conducting essential electrical distribution load analyses. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing commissioning processes, and ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will assist government project managers in transitioning and closing out projects, delivering valuable maintenance recommendations for diverse electrical systems. Your insights on energy efficiency improvements will help minimize Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) at data centers, driving sustainable practices in our operations. Additionally, you will draft Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), cost estimates, and acquisition package requirements for government-approved recommendations, ensuring that large-scale upgrades promise a rewarding Return on Investment (ROI). Your ability to collaborate within a small team will be essential for our collective success.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting power, cooling, and lighting installations or maintenance for critical facilities.
Knowledge of commissioning or operation and maintenance programs.
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Proficient in office automation software (MS Office, AutoCAD).
A Professional Engineering License is a strong plus.
Secret Security Clearance is required.
