ECU flashing requirements on each battery – resolve so this is automatic. Battery value stream – Working with our corporate safety team to vet out unrealistic FM global requirements or vague requirements that impact our process. I.e. of batteries we can have in the building, how we store batteries, etc… Procedures for handling and staging them, returnable rack design or improvement to shipping containers, and custom tester to make checking the voltage and isolation more seamless.
