SAIC is seeking for an Electrical Engineer with LABVIEW experience in Crane, IN.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

• Candidate's duties will include electrical engineering tasks and Software/Firmware tasking supporting WXR test consoles, communication equipment, and sensor equipment.

• Researches, designs, develops, modifies, evaluates and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including radar and radiation detection equipment; radio, television and other communications equipment and systems; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment.

• Conducts experimental tests on equipment and evaluates results.

• Develops specifications for selecting components and equipment to use. May also review vendors' abilities to support development.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:

• Bachelors degree and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience

• Database Management LabVIEW/NI Tools

• Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field.

• General knowledge of other related disciplines.

• Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives.

• Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.

• Work is reviewed by management to measure whether objectives have been met.

• C/C++/C# Hardware and Software Integration

• Systems Architecture

• Data Acquisition Python/MATLAB/R

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain secret security clearance. Interim clearance required to start. SAIC will sponsor the clearance process.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Masters in Engineering discipline
