Electrical Engineer

Our team is growing and looking to add an experienced electrical engineer team member. Minimum 7 years of design experience in the building systems industry and preferably have experience with healthcare design. Candidate should have the ability to navigate as a lead engineer for technical production tasks on projects as well as the ability to make decisions independently while still utilizing guidance from other engineers and project managers.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Responsible for leading technical production on projects

Takes ownership of production/design on entire systems and specifications

Performs load calculations & code research

Plans and schedules project production coordinating with Project Manager

Assists Project Manager with proposals and presentations to clients

Coordinates with internal team members and external clients

Mentors less experienced engineers

Conducts periodic job site observations

Skills

Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office and CAD, BlueBeam and REVIT software

Ability to communicate effectively

Ability to work collaboratively with others

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited four-year college or university

Minimum 7 years of experience in the MEP industry with specific Healthcare experience

Professional Engineer Licensure would be ideal

Must be authorized to work in the United States

The pay range for this position is expected to be within a range of $80,000 - $115,000 and is based upon multiple factors including level of experience, professional registrations and applicant knowledge, skills, and abilities. Benefits include insurance benefits, paid holidays and paid time off as well as a company sponsored 401k plan.
