What kind of candidate are we looking for?

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated engineer with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with eight to ten years of experience in the field of building systems design. PE preferred, or working towards obtaining PE licensure.

To be successful, candidate must have excellent technical skills and be well versed in AutoCAD and Revit. They should also have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary: Performs various support duties and processes legal transactions, such as responding to internal and external requests for information and preparing documents, court information and files for additional handling by other associates. Performs other related support duties as requested, such as answering phones, processing mail and assisting customers. Follows procedures and applies intermediate-level administrative skills and basic legal office knowledge to accomplish both routine and non-routine tasks and duties. Job Responsibilities: * Accept, screen, and route telephone calls. Resolve routine and non-routine administrative problems and answer inquiries. Greet and direct visitors, as appropriate, concerning activities and operations of department/division. * Retrieves and/or maintains files according to standard procedures; processing/opening incoming litigation files; may create new files and/or prepare records for offsite storage to comply with retention schedules. * Data entry, typing letters and emails. Qualifications: * Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required to help resolve routine problems, answer general questions, and know when to escalate more complex issues * Dependability, attention to detail, ability to follow/interpret procedures, and employ reason to accomplish non-routine tasks and duties. * Intermediate level of skill required to open, create and modify various documents using the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., documents, spreadsheets, e-mail, etc.) and enter/retrieve information using various applications/systems. * Ability to exercise judgment to shift priorities and organize multiple tasks simultaneously * Ability to effectively review and/or edit documents and exchange routine and non-routine information verbally and in writing with use of proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation. * Understanding of the courts and stages of litigation, knowledge of various electronic court systems following for Motion Decisions, preferred. * High school diploma (or equivalent) and Administrative experience.
