Sound interesting? Let’s talk. Key Responsibilities As a Project Manager, this individual will lead project execution by utilizing their skills to complete the following:
Coordinate with the client and the entire design team, including owners, architects, contractors, and internal team to ensure a fully coordinated design. Develop, track, and maintain project schedules to ensure deliverables are completed to ensure client expectations are met. Ensure efficient project completion and review deliverables throughout the project.
Offer solutions to problems that arise during projects. Direct and support project teams in developing, managing, and monitoring internal work plans to meet project schedule milestones and produce required deliverables. Lead and monitor project budgeting, schedule management, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments.
Lead relationship building efforts and addressing current clients’ needs by improving quality and efficiency of work, recommending future projects, making suggestions on proposals based on prior working experience. On-Demand External Career Coach. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited university. 4-6 years of experience working at an MEP firm or related industry. Licensed Professional Engineer preferred.
