The successful candidate will develop flex circuits in support of a compact missile design. The candidate will work with the EE team (power, packaging, digital, analog) to define the flex characteristics (size, number of circuits, connector etc.). Select parts and perform schematic capture in Cadence. The candidate will also assist with layout and fabrication. Additional responsibilites include, working with the EE design team and SRM supplier to create a test plan, support test article build up, develop instrumentation, and support test execution to verify design performance and finalize the tactical design.
Effective communication and teaming skills are required. The candidate will interface with customers and suppliers.

Electrical Engineering Degree
Experience in analog circuit design and flexible PWB designs
Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance
Strong technical background
Proficiency in the use of general Windows-based PC applications, to include the Microsoft Office suite
Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in preparing detailed schedules and performing oral presentations
